Caring for our home means taking responsibility for our people and our planet
We are committed to putting people and the planet at the centre of every decision we make. Because creating better spaces also means considering how they are made. That is why we craft products that bring comfort, beauty and balance to your home, with consideration for the planet we all share.
Every detail matters: from making products that last, with spare parts that remain available to extend their life, to reducing emissions, using electricity from certified renewable sources and using water and energy more efficiently in our operations. Between 2018 and 2025, Roca Group decreased its scope 1 and 2 CO₂ emissions by 58%, its energy use intensity by 57% and its water use intensity by 61%. In FY2025, 69% of its electricity came from certified renewable sources.
That is why we strive to reduce, reuse and recycle waste, to keep improving and, through the We Are Water Foundation, to support water, sanitation and hygiene projects implemented with specialist partner organisations. Between 2018 and 2025, Roca Group’s waste generation intensity dropped by 59%, and in FY2025, 83% of its waste was valorised. By the end of 2025, the Foundation’s projects had reached 4,086,466 beneficiaries in 41 countries.
Our products are made to last and spare parts remain available to extend that life further. Selected ranges include technologies that regulate water flow and flush volumes to their declared values. The same sustainability criteria shape how we choose materials and how we plan production, logistics and packaging.
Preserving natural resources goes beyond using water efficiently. It begins in our factories. Roca Group has put into operation the world’s first electric tunnel kiln for sanitary ceramics: at the site where it operates, scope 1 and 2 emissions fell 99.4% between 2021 and 2025, independently verified.
Sustainability is a responsibility that encompasses both the environment and society. Caring for the planet must go hand in hand with caring for people. That is why our products are developed to support hygiene, comfort and ease of use, and selected ranges include features intended to support people with reduced mobility and other accessibility needs. Through the We Are Water Foundation, we support water, sanitation and hygiene projects implemented with specialist partner organisations, which by the end of 2025 had reached 4,086,466 beneficiaries in 41 countries. Our Galleries, in cities such as Barcelona, London and Shanghai, provide venues for exhibitions, events and public dialogue on architecture, design and the built environment.
In June 2026, Roca Group scored 90 out of 100 in the EcoVadis assessment and was awarded a Platinum Medal for the second consecutive year, placing the Group in the top 1% of companies assessed over the previous 12 months.
